The Site and Services contain content owned or licensed by Korye, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations (the “Content”). The Content is protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may access, use and display the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use of the Content, including modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, or selling the Content, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
The Korye® name and logo are trademarks of Korye and may not be copied, imitated or used without our prior written consent. You may not use any metatags or other “hidden text” utilizing “Korye” or any other name, trademark or product name of Korye without our prior written consent.
User Content
If you submit, post or display any images, videos, audio files or other content on or through the Site or Services (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or control all rights in and to your User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above; and (ii) all of your User Content complies with these Terms and all of Korye’s policies.
You understand that all information publicly posted or transmitted through the Site or Services is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated and that Korye will not be liable for any errors or omissions in any content.
Purchases and Sales
All purchases through the Site are subject to our policies and procedures outlined on the Site, including our shipping, returns and refund policies. Please review all applicable policies before making a purchase.
Product information provided on the Site as to fabric, fit, size, color, etc. is for general reference only and is subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe the products available on the Site, but do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any product images or descriptions.
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time prior to you placing your order.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and total. If your method of payment is declined or if your order cannot be fulfilled, we will attempt to contact you using the email or other contact information you provided during checkout.
Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by state law.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims against the carrier for damages or loss during transit.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
KORYE AND OUR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, RELATED COMPANIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “KORYE ENTITIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES EVEN IF KORYE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF THE KORYE ENTITIES FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID KORYE IN THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS, OR THE AMOUNT OF $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
These limitations of liability also apply for the benefit of our employees, agents, representatives, licensors, advertisers, suppliers, partners and any others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or otherwise making available the Site, Services and Content.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Korye Entities from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site and Services; (ii) your User Content; (iii) your violation of any of these Terms or any applicable law; (iv) your violation of any third party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or privacy right of such third party; or (v) any damage of any sort, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, to any third party with relation to the Site or Services and your use thereof.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Site or Services.
Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Site, Services or Account. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute any suspected breaches of these Terms or our policies to the fullest extent of the law.
Modifications and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or any portion of the Site or Services at any time in our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes or discontinuation. We have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you with a copy of any content or information that you or others provided to the Site or Services.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Site or Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or the Services.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Severability
If any provision or portion of these Terms is determined by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions and portions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Complete Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Korye with respect to the Site and Services and supersede any prior agreements.
